1. PET protective layer
The functional top coating that protects the coating below prevents the functional layer from being damaged during manufacturing and transportation.
2. Corrosion-resistant nano topcoat
The nano coating made in Japan has strong corrosion resistance, greatly improves the corrosion resistance to acids, alkalis and salts, and can be heat-activated self-repaired when a small area is damaged.
3. High gloss treatment
Increases the gloss of the paint protection film and maintains its gloss.
4. Aliphatic polyurethane TPU substrate
This layer has excellent tensile strength and is tear-resistant, anti-yellowing, aging-resistant and puncture-resistant.
5. Ashland adhesive layer
Using Ashland high-end adhesive, it will not leave protective marks and will not damage the paint surface.
6. Release film
It is often used as an initial barrier between the composite laminate and the rest of the vacuum bag material, designed to easily manage the resin content of the laminate.
