Using titanium nitride nano-ceramic coating Non-magnetron process: Different from the traditional magnetron sputtering metal film, this series uses vacuum coating/nano-deposition technology to directly embed titanium nitride (TiN) nanoparticles evenly into the optical-grade PET substrate to form a nano-level thermal insulation layer. There is no metal layer to avoid the metal oxidation and signal shielding problems of the magnetron sputtering process.Nano-level stability: Titanium nitride itself has high temperature resistance (>800℃) and corrosion resistance. The coating structure is dense and not easy to fade or crack after long-term use. The life span is significantly better than dyed film or ordinary metal film.
